I always cring under the lighting in the fitting room of Adidas. All the dark spots on my back and arms come dead obvious. Erm, they resemble white spots patches but only differ in color. They are only apparent in areas not exposed to the sun since I never leave home in sleeveless tops. I'm aware that exfoliation helps but despite scrubbing everyday, these spots dun seem to come off? Is there anything else I shld do?
thanks!

Tried the Loreal tub exfoliation one but it's still the same. Do you mean getting it done by professionals?

I suspect i also have Keratosis Pilaris too. But i don't know what is the name of my skin problem. I have seen the doc and they also say no cure. i feel so sad about it because i can't wear sleavless clothing. I have dark patches on the upper arm and upper back. I try scrubing but can't be lighten. It's like so few people have this problem. arrgh..so sad!!

concealor doesnt clog pores when i use it on my body. but if you are worried, you may want to use an exfoliator to scrub away the concealor so that it will not clog your pores

i have not read it in detail yet but it really worked for that lady!
when i have the time to fully read up about "oil pulling" i will want to try it!
i do not have these dark spots but i think if it can cure dark spots, then it can cure many other things as well... interesting...

i have black spots on my back too..
it started out with back acne..then now acne gone..dark spots come..SIANZ
i use St Ives whitening scrub, not sure if it is helpful, but i still try...
thinking of doing laser or using spot-corrector for dark spots..
any comments?
very sad when i canmt wear nice halter dresses

Zeux: your spots are "black" or red?? the pic i saw in the other forum shows red spots.

OT: i finally got around to trying oil pulling. tried 2 times so far. the taste is not as yucky as i thought. have yet to see any positive results, except that the teeth felt much cleaner (not whiter though).
oh, and i dun have KP, so, sorry, i can't update on whether it really helps with KP. but i am hoping to see a general improvement in health.
