I read the latest i-weekly, Felicia Chin denied the fact that she went for plastic surgery.
She mentioned something like whatever was given to her, were by her parents….

Then she said that whatever she is not happy about her features in future, she might go for plastic surgery.. But said that nothing has been done so far….

In the same issue, Zhang zhen xiang or Zzen (acting as Tianbao in the 9pm show) admitted that he went for double eyelid surgery when the reporter asked him. He admitted openly and said it was done a year ago, in Singapore (he is a Malaysian)

hah the latest i-weekly was shot at the korean restaurant ju shin jung... was there to celebrate mothers day and saw felicia, fiona and joanne...
all 3 qt tanned leh... but they dun look tanned in the photos... hahaha
damn skinny also... fiona's face is like... VERY VERY sharp in real life...

I have nothing against people who had plastic surgery, but it can get really annoying when they keep denying, even when it is so blatantly obvious...

he was Single eyelid
very ugly!

Like the latest i-weekly (again.. I am a fan of i-weekly)… they got Joanne Peh to ‘interview’ Quan Yifeng. But she didn’t ask her about her plastic surgery, which I was surprised.

I guessed people don’t find the news worth probing when you openly admit to it.

I agree. Whats the point in denying?
People will find out sooner or later.
Its just a matter of time.
The embarrassment and explanations will come worse should the truth finally come to light.

i read somewhere tt rui en did her nose.. it looks so diff from the bao jia wei guo show(wic is currently repeating on channel 8 on mon n tues nite, 12pm).. her old nose looks fleshier compared to e one wen she was on e nu ren xiang show.... did u gals noticed it?? n ya her face looks way smaller n no longer puffy... mayb its botox???

Whereas I feel it's extremely normal for celebrities to do surgical enhancements on themselves ( I mean, c'mon, they rely on their image for $$, it's almost ALL they need to keep their careers alive) hence, it's ok to go ahead, if they feel they are financially capable and able to accept any kind of outcomes (breast implant burst).

HOWEVER, i wouldnt really consider a woman who undergone surgery as 'beautiful'. I will say it's a good art piece as it is man made (think clay). I mean, sure you look pretty and all now, but who wouldnt, when they've spent so much money and time on such things?

When you walk down the streets of korea, you see many girls looking THE SAME. that is because, they follow what the masses consider 'real beauty' (double eyelids, high nose bridge, small face ) and had their procedure done that way. Hence, they all look the same. Either that or they have the same surgeon

I think Felicia Chin did plastic surgery. It's quite obvious actually, her eyes are suddenly HUGE and she has double eyelids now.
My friend thinks she did a boob job as well but I don't know anything about that.

I also wanna go for Vit C injections like Fann Wong, she's so pretty! Her face looks flawless!

a couple of days ago, i was reading wan bao, and there was this article where felicia chin kept insisting that she achieved her double eyelid by using tapes... hmm..

I doubt anyone but her die-hard fans are going to believe that. Haha. It's precisely the way she keeps denying having anything done that disgusts me. Like she's trying to pass off her newfound good looks as something she was naturally blessed with. Yuck.

i pasted her before pics on this forum. she did her eyes, nose and boobs.. just like jolin. it is impossible to increase to her current cup size and also one's nose tip dun change unless in old age....

Wow, Fiona definitely did her nose! There's no way that puberty can change your nose structure. But I'll give her the benefit of the doubt regarding her boobs.

most celebs have something done.. read in 8 days about a surgeon who did plastic surgery for celebs, he said most of them got some "help". Not surprising.

If u all interested u might want to watch the lastest episode of "康熙来了" (25/6/08). Shows a number of tawain celebrities' accounts of the plastic surgery they did. Quite surprising the guests are all so open about it.

I think most people would discuss artistes who went through PS is mainly because they dare not openly admit they did it before, which is quite stupid. Maybe it's because of their contract policies, but it's obvious that we the public viewers can see the diff, so what for hide the truth. e.g. Felicia/ Fiona.

I admire people like Quan Yi Feng, who proudly admits that she went through PS for her nose before. Therefore we don't see many podders mentioning her. The same goes for XiaXue.

I don't see what's the big deal of not revealing the truth. it's nothing to hide, anyway, since they even have the guts to go under the knives.

i think why they always deny is they want the public or fool the audience to think this is their "natural beauty" and being endowed or blessed with and not get paid to have it done..i think it stupid also as if we didn't notice them in the past..also a celebrity who wants to enhance using surgery, dare to do without admitting it is just turn off..kinda lying to their fans/audience

but hor..quan yi feng having her nose done..err..think not very noticeable lei..perhaps a waste of money

I saw Fann's sec school photos before and she was already very pretty (her eyes and face) then! Her double eyelids look quite fake, so maybe she did PS to make her double eyelids look deeper only. But I don't believe she did her nose. If she did, it wouldn't be so flat still.

I believe many celebs like those mentioned-- Jolin, Fiona, and esp Fel, have had PS cos they look just so different! And more than 70% of the Korean Ladies have had PS before too.. Duno read from where..

I don't think Fann did her nose. I watched Ah Long Pte Ltd, and they got close up of the side view of her face. I tell you, it was.....lol. It was just a common asian nose no one would be proud of....

Hong Kong actress Sandra Ng 吳君如 became popular in the 80s playing the fat, uncouth girl. She later underwent a major overhaul, shocking everyone by losing a lot of weight to become so slim. She also had double eyelid surgery done. I've watched a lot of her movies in the 80s.




AFTER

In this week's i-Weekly 黑玫瑰 column they reported a rumour about one of the popular young starlets whose looks recently changed really drastically from an ordinary looking girl-next-door to one that's prettier and more mature. And apparently the first changes began when she was involved in the shooting of the 2nd part of one of MediaCorp's long-running dramas. They also mentioned that the rest of her face gradually changed in appearance too. No prizes for guessing who they were referring to.
